Meet Ashleigh & Richard Liley.
Ashleigh started her property management career in 2007 and quickly built a reputation for professionalism and care. By 2010 she was managing more than 200 properties.
Richard began in real estate sales in 2015, selling over 60 homes in his first year and becoming Tremains’ top agent soon after.
In 2016 we joined forces, focusing on investment properties and over the years we’ve helped hundreds of clients grow their portfolios while building one of our own. Together, we bring extensive industry knowledge, real-world experience and a passion for helping people make the most of their property investments.
